These terms cover the Sheng Pin Kai referral program. Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy also apply.

Who we are

shengpinkai.com is run by Sheng Pin Kai Private Limited (UEN 202646762C), a Singapore company with its registered office at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-53, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. “We” means this company. “You” means the person sharing a referral link or code.

1. How it works

• Every account, free or paid, has its own referral link and code on the Account page. There's nothing to apply for.
• You must be 18 or over. Staff accounts can't take part.
• You accept these terms when you first submit your payout details. We can't pay you until you do.
• The program has one level. You earn only on what the people you refer pay, never on their referrals or for recruiting others.

2. Who counts as a referral

• Only a new account, with an email address we haven't seen before. An existing user gets no discount and earns you nothing.
• Your link fills in your code at checkout and is remembered for 30 days. People can also type your code at checkout.
• An account can only ever use one code, and it can't be combined with a creator code.

3. What the people you refer get

• 20% off their plan's current price, for as long as they stay subscribed. Their price stays fixed while they stay on the same plan.
• If they change plan, they get 20% off the new plan's current price.
• If their access ends and they come back with your link or code, they get 20% off the price at that time. Without it, they pay full price.

4. What you earn

• 20% of what each person you refer pays while you're on the free plan, or 30% while you're on a paid plan.
• Each payment earns at the rate you're on when it's made. If you cancel your paid plan, you keep 30% until your paid access ends.
• Commission is on what they actually pay, after their discount. A failed payment earns nothing.
• Each referral earns for 12 months from their first successful payment. Cancelling and coming back doesn't restart the 12 months.

5. Getting paid

• Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment, then added to your balance.
• We pay once a month, in US dollars, when your balance is US$50 or more. Smaller balances carry over.
• Where our payment provider has local bank transfers to your country, you're paid in your local currency at its rate on the day, usually with little or no fee. Elsewhere, you're paid in US dollars by international (SWIFT) transfer, and its fee comes out of the payout.
• Any fee, currency conversion or tax on your side is yours, including declaring your commission for tax.
• We ask for your payout details only once you have commission due. They go straight to our payment provider, and we never store your full bank details.
• The bank account must be in your own name, in a country our provider can send to.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, we take it off your future commission.

7. Fair play

• No self-referrals, through a second account or any other way. That account keeps its discount, but no commission is paid.
• No spam: no unsolicited bulk emails or mass messages.
• Whenever you share your link or code, say that you're a Sheng Pin Kai affiliate and may earn commission.
• Don't speak for us or promise things we don't.
• We check referrals before each payout, and may hold commission or pause payouts while we do. Commission from fraud isn't paid.
• We may remove you from the program for fraud or for harming Sheng Pin Kai's name, at our judgement.

8. Partner creators

• Partner status is by our invitation, and we can end it at any time.
• Partners earn 30% whatever their own plan, get free Premium in 3-month periods that we review, and may get a short code that's easy to say aloud.
• Partners must not promote or build a competing AI metaphysics consultation tool. If they do, partner status ends.
• When partner status ends, for any reason, you move to the standard rate from the next payment and free Premium ends. The people you referred keep their 20% off.

9. General

• We may change or end the program, with notice by email or on the site. Commission you've already earned is still paid.
• We don't promise you'll earn anything. It depends only on who subscribes through you and what they pay.
• Taking part doesn't make you our employee or agent.
• Where these terms and our Terms of Use differ on the program, these terms apply.
• These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
