Welcome to Sheng Pin Kai. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our AI-powered consultation service at shengpinkai.com. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are

shengpinkai.com is operated by Sheng Pin Kai Private Limited (UEN 202646762C), a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-53, Paya Lebar Square, Singapore 409051. “We”, “us” and “our” in these Terms mean this company.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• You warrant that any birth data you provide is accurate and either yours or provided with proper authorization.

2. Service Description

We provide AI-powered consultations in two traditions. BaZi (the Four Pillars of Destiny) is a centuries-old Chinese framework for understanding personality, timing, and life patterns. Our Western Astrology consultation follows the classical Hellenistic tradition. For each, the service computes your birth chart with a dedicated engine and lets you ask questions about your life in a private, conversational format. Responses are generated by an AI system that draws on your computed chart data.

One subscription covers both consultation types.

How the AI works: For both consultations, your chart is computed on our servers by our own engine before the AI sees it. This chart data is then provided as context to a third-party AI model, which generates the conversational response. The AI presents and interprets the chart analysis. It does not compute the chart itself.

What BaZi and astrology are and aren't: BaZi and Western Astrology are traditional metaphysical frameworks, each with centuries of practitioner history. Neither is a science, and we do not claim scientific validation for any output. Each consultation offers a structured lens for self-reflection, one that many people find valuable, but that should be understood as a traditional interpretive framework, not an empirical prediction system.

3. Important Limitations: Please Read Carefully

AI-generated content: Our consultations are generated by an AI system. While we've built our engines to be as faithful as possible to the principles of BaZi and classical astrology, AI responses may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or limitations. Treat the consultation as a knowledgeable perspective to consider, not an infallible authority.

For personal reflection only: Our AI consultations are designed for personal reflection and self-understanding. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, or career advice. For significant decisions in these areas, we encourage you to consult qualified professionals alongside exploring your chart.

Your responsibility: You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content provided by the service.

No guaranteed outcomes: All outputs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not predict specific events, guarantee timing accuracy, or promise particular life outcomes.

4. About the Content on This Site

Everything on this site, including the articles, guides and lessons, and every AI consultation, is offered for personal reflection, education and entertainment. BaZi, astrology, Zi Wei Dou Shu and feng shui are traditional metaphysical systems. They are not sciences, and nothing on this platform is backed by scientific evidence. Where a page presents a traditional doctrine, it states what that doctrine teaches. That is not a claim that the doctrine is true, or that it applies to you. Nothing on this site or in a consultation is medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. For those matters, consult a qualified professional.

5. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account.
• We use device-level security measures (including a device identifier and device binding) to prevent abuse. One free account is permitted per device.
• We may contact you regarding important service or account notices.
• We enforce a single active session per account. Signing in on a new device will sign you out of previous sessions.

6. Birth Data

Your birth date, time, and place are collected once and locked to preserve the integrity of your chart and all analysis derived from it. This data cannot be changed after submission. If your birth data is incorrect, you would need to contact us for assistance.

Paid plans let you enter another person's birth details for a consultation. They are saved with that consultation.

7. Acceptable Use

• No spam, irrelevant, or intentionally repeated prompts.
• No harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
• No attempts to bypass rate limits, tier restrictions, or security measures.
• No automated scraping, bulk exporting, or use of bots without written permission.
• No prompt injection, reverse engineering, or attempts to manipulate AI model behavior.

8. Security and Anti-Abuse

• No probing, scanning, or attacking the service or infrastructure.
• We log IP addresses, device identifiers, and other technical signals to detect abuse.
• Violations may result in temporary suspension or a permanent ban.
• We use a device identifier and device binding to enforce one free account per device.

9. Intellectual Property

• The service, UI, design, computation logic, and branding are owned by us. All rights reserved.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse parts of the service without written permission.
• Subject to our Privacy Policy, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide and improve the service, including training our own AI models on de-identified data.
• The educational articles on this site are written in our own words. Where a page draws on a traditional source, the page names it. They may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Free plan: Ongoing access with no time limit. Free users can ask questions daily with no credit card required. During busy periods, free users may experience brief pauses between questions. Paid plans get smoother, uninterrupted access.

Paid plans (Professional and Premium): Renew automatically each month until canceled. One subscription covers all consultation types we offer: BaZi and Western Astrology. We do not view or store your card details. Payments are handled by our external processing partner.

Your price: Your price, including any discount, stays the same for as long as you stay subscribed on the same plan. Changing plan moves you to that plan's current price. Once your access ends, rejoining is at the current price.

Upgrades: Take effect after payment processes (typically immediately). You'll be charged the new plan's price for the rest of your current billing period, and the unused part of your current plan is returned.

Downgrades: Switching to a lower-priced plan takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep your current plan until then, and no partial refund or credit is issued for the change.

Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Your paid access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan with standard free-tier limits.

Payment failures: If a payment fails, you'll have a 24-hour grace period to update your payment method. After that, your account reverts to the free plan until payment is resolved.

Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, with one exception: when you upgrade, the change is immediate, the unused part of your current plan is returned to your card as an adjustment, and you pay only the difference. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal. Where required by law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Taxes

Prices may exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for any VAT, GST, or other taxes that may be charged at checkout based on your jurisdiction.

12. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or attempt to compromise the service.
• Suspended accounts may be reinstated after the stated period. Permanent bans are not reversible.
• If your account is terminated for a Terms violation, no refund is provided for any remaining paid period.

13. Availability, Changes, and Fair Use

• We may modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the service. Deployments or maintenance may briefly interrupt active sessions.
• We may adjust plan features, usage policies, or traffic management measures over time to protect reliability, prevent abuse, and manage operating costs. We'll provide notice appropriate to the significance of any change.
• The free plan is intended for personal, reasonable use.

14. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• This includes, without limitation, any decisions you make based on AI-generated consultation content.
• Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent third-party service providers.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

16. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
